Refund policy People registering for events acknowledge that the Anglican Diocese of Perth does not automatically offer a full or partial refund with respect to any payments, and any refund is subject to the discretion of the Diocesan Secretary. Application for refund or partial refund can be made by contacting the Diocesan Office on 08 9425 7200 or diocese@perth.anglican.org, or the event contact person directly, providing proof of purchase.
Delivery policy Tickets are not usually issued for events but, should they be issued, registrations made and paid via the website will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. Delivery is via post and will be delivered to the address supplied with the order information. Communication If you engage with us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill a service. If we have trouble processing a registration or donation, we will use this information to contact you.
Registrants may from time to time be sent email updates, reminders and information relating to the event for which they have registered. We may email registrants regarding similar events in the future.
